baseball
Ryan was so excited to finally get to play "real" baseball this year instead of T-ball. He had his first game tonight, and I thought he looked so cute in his uniform. He is a good sport to put up with my camera all the time. He did actually smile for me in some of the pictures I took, but I think by about picture #6, he was done. But, I loved his expression.

my son, the comedian

So, I really don't like April Fool's Day. I hate tricks being played on me . . . I think it's mean. Ryan, however, LOVES this day and got both his dad and me this morning. Mike went to pour his cereal this morning, and instead of getting the Cheerios he wanted, he got Rice Krispies. Ryan had switched the bags in the boxes. Then, I went to take a shower (after he had already left for school), and there was no soap in any of the bathrooms. Ryan had taken every piece of soap in the house and hidden them! Okay, so those are light-hearted, fun jokes and are actually kind of funny . . . at least, after the fact (I didn't think it was so funny when I wanted to shower!). Ryan is a kid that loves to have fun, and I love that about him.
(Stay tuned for pictures from Em's party . . . I just haven't had time to download the pics yet.)

fun tag
Okay, I'm not much of a tagger, but this one is pretty fun.
What would your own album cover look like if you were in a band? Follow the directions below and find out. Here's mine:
Here are the rules:
1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit “random... Read More”
or click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to Quotations Page and select "random quotations"
or click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to Flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
or click http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.

owls again
I posted pictures of these owls a few months ago here. Well, I made a scrapbook page with them and it was published in the March Creating Keepsakes. Pretty exciting for me. Here is what the SB page looks like (it's digital):

I also had some cute, little Post-It Note holders in there. They are also online here.
Okay, thanks for letting me brag for a second. Done now. :)
